Pets

Can I bring my dog?

Yes. We take the view that pets are family too — and in some cases considerably less trouble than the humans. There are some rules and restrictions, so give us a ring before you book rather than turning up with the dog in the ute and hoping.

Booking

Is there a discount if I'm travelling for work?

Yes — 10% off for company reps, tradespeople and anyone travelling for work or business, and the same 10% for seniors. We just need to see proof of eligibility at check-in. Booking online? Enter the promo code Membersonly.

How do I book?

Book online any time, or ring us on 03 5872 2488 and talk to Mandy or Gary. You can also email office@regencycourt.com.au. We're owner-operated, so the person who answers the phone is the person who'll check you in.

Rooms

Are any of the rooms upstairs?

None of them. All twelve units are on the ground floor, set in a courtyard around the pool, with parking at the door. No stairs and no lifts anywhere on the property.

Can you put an extra bed in the room?

The family room takes an extra person for $25 a night. For cots or extra bedding in the other rooms, give us a ring and we'll tell you what we can do.

Check-in

What time can I check in and check out?

Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is by 10am. If you're arriving late — and plenty of our work guests do — just let us know when you book and we'll make sure you can get in.

What if I get in after reception closes?

Tell us your rough arrival time when you book and we'll sort it out. Late arrivals are routine here — a lot of our regulars are reps who finish work at 9pm.
