Regency CourtMotel
The seasonal swimming pool with its brick surround, lawn and white picket fence

What's here

A pool, a barbecue, and somewhere to put the truck.

Not a resort. A well-kept country motel where the things you actually need are all there and none of them cost extra.

In every room

We upgraded the singles to king singles. Nobody asked us to.

Guests keep mentioning the beds, the pillows and the towels in their reviews, which tells you where the money went.

  • Ensuite bathroom
  • Reverse-cycle air conditioning and heating
  • Top-quality queen beds — and king singles, not standard singles
  • Tea and coffee making facilities
  • Bar fridge, microwave and toaster
  • Flat-screen smart TV
  • Free wi-fi
  • Large, thick towels
A queen room set up for a work stay, with a desk, chairs and a flat-screen smart TV

On the property

Outside your door.

A pool you can actually use

Seasonal swimming pool with a brick surround and lawn, right in the middle of the courtyard the rooms are built around.

Outdoor timber settings under a sun umbrella beside the pool, next to the free guest barbecue

Free barbecue and somewhere to sit

A free guest barbecue next to the pool, with a sun shade for the warmer months and comfortable outdoor settings — a casual spot to have a drink at the end of the day.

Motorcycles parked in a row outside the rooms, with off-street parking at every door

Room for the truck and the trailer

Off-street parking at the door of every room, plus plenty more on the block next door for large vehicles, trucks and trailers. Motorcycle groups are regulars.

The small things

The bits that only matter when you need them.

  • Laundry, with the soap on us

A laundromat around the corner with very generous opening hours. Detergent is free from reception — just ask.

  • Photocopying and fax

At reception, for our corporate guests. Still genuinely useful when a job needs paperwork signed.

  • Pets are family

We take dogs, with some rules. Ring first so we can put you in the right room rather than turn you away at the door.

  • The pub is next door

The Cobram Hotel is literally the next building. Shops, cafes and the V-Line bus stop are a walk, not a drive.
