Cobram is the service town for the Murray Valley. Here's where Mandy and Gary send people — and it's a longer list than most towns this size can manage.
Dairy farming and fruit growing are the industries here, and the region is thick with wineries, olive groves, orchards and historic properties. From October to March the farm gates and fruit stands open up and you can taste your way along the roads. Thompsons Beach — the largest inland beach on the Murray — is a few minutes from the motel, and the bush tracks that run off it are full of birdlife and the occasional koala.
